Ms. Stuart has spent over 16 years in the public Recreational
Services in the Kansas City, MO region. She gained early experience
by participating in Aquatic's programs, Competitive Swimming,
Certifications as a Lifeguard and other Certifications relative to
the Public Parks and Recreation Services.
During her career, she was employed by the City of Lawrence, KS,
Parks and Recreation Department and recently Blue Valley Recreation
Commission a subsidiary of the Blue Valley School District in
Johnson County, KS. She was the Aquatics Supervisor responsible for
training of staff personnel, programming, pool management,
scheduling of events, hiring and management of staff, as well as
public relations liaison to the district patrons.
Her management skills were expanded when she joined the JET
Company's as Office Manager and Recreational Service Expert for the
past 2 years. She has directed and performed the professional
administrative tasks as the Assistant to the CEO, day to day
operation of the general office, scheduling of Construction
Activities, Accounting of the firm's and Construction invoices and
payments, Client Communications, Construction Costing, Contractual
Agreements, Construction Scheduling, Obtaining Certificates of
Occupancy and other associated tasks.
Ms. Stuart's skills, education and experience offer our firm's Legal
Clients a diverse expertise in Public Recreation Facilities and its
operations for, both outside and indoor, sports activities and
events. Specifically these matters focus on personal injuries
received during Field Sporting events and Aquatic indoor and outdoor
events. She is experienced in Swimming Pool Safety, Maintenance,
Operations and Public Pool Programs. As part of her duties, she
also preformed much of the preliminary research for the Fact's and
Findings required for the majority of our clients Legal Matters.
Her skills with knowing the international network search engines
bring our reports and analysis to a greater height of validity.
She performs all of her disciplines with professional skills and
experience gained from her previous employment career.
