La Bodega
South an additional location for this concept restaurant which was born
10 years ago at Summit Street & Southwest Blvd KCMO. This tenant premise
is located at “OneNinteen” center, Leawood, Kansas. This project
consists of renovation for the exterior facade and interior dining and
bar area requiring high end finders. This restaurant will also have art
wall murals from a local artist. Included in our firms services is the
selection, purchase and installation of all Fixtures, Furniture and
Equipment (kitchen). The total development value at $2,000,000
· Internationally,
our group has been contracted to provide a complete operations program
and facilities structures for an investment group in Baku, Azerbaijan.
This oil and gas producing country is undergoing a European influence
with the influx of professional and technical personnel and their
families who are working in this country. Our tasks are to provide the
supply of U.S. prime red meat products for local consumption partially
replacing 5000 metric tons of western beef imported each year to this
area. Mr. Jack Runyan of the RunAgra Company along with other meat
producing consultants will assist our company to establish grazing &
feed producing hectares, feed lots and mills, meat processing
facilities, storage structures and housing for those employees providing
training and supervision for the operations. Development to begin summer
of 2012. Development Costs Projected at $ 35,000.

The West Gateway Arbor Project
consisting of a 30,000 square feet land parcel to be developed into a
high rise multi use complex. The various floors will house a Boutique
Hotel with 120 suites, a residential condominium development of 80 units
and a general office floor area for major use of approximately 50,000
square feet. These areas will be served by 8 subsurface parking levels,
totaling approximately 375 car spaces. The estimated start of
construction is fall 2012. Development Projected Cost at $ 30,000,000.

The Villaggio of Leawood
has completed the infrastructure service and street systems for the
first phase of this development. Presently, M&I Bank is under
construction, with a completion date scheduled for March 1, 2010. The
S.O. office building is scheduled for 2011. The approval of Sharon Lane
Nursing Facility has been granted by the city of Leawood, KS, with
construction to begin June 2011. Development cost valued at $6,000,000
and totally completed at $85,000,000.

The Jamison Housing
on the boulevard is under construction with completion and occupancy
scheduled for the summer of 2010. Development costs projected at
$5,000,000.

The Antigen Lab
addition of a 20,000 square foot facility in Liberty, MO has received
preliminary approvals for demolition of existing structures. The future
building expansion is scheduled for the Fall of 2010.

Litigation
matters are being reviewed and evaluated by this firm on mattes for
legal firms regarding overcharging of construction costs, construction
deficiencies, slip & fall and accidental deaths. |
