Mr. Howell's professional experience
encompasses many aspects of construction supervision, both
commercially and residentially. His responsibilities have involved
on site coordination of all subcontractors, scheduling, cost
estimating, certified payment certificates, and weekly meetings.
He has proven ability to communicate
with owners or owner's representatives. He has also developed
relationships and communication at the municipal level which
benefits the project by immediate responses to local issues.
He has been involved in a multitude
of tenant finishes for Sprint, both as on-site superintendent as
well as a working superintendent. Other projects Mr. Howell has
lent his design knowledge, as well as, his construction knowledge
are Saturn Used Car Facility, National Cold Storage, Kansas City
Community Center, Fontana Elementary Addition, and multiple
residential homes, new and renovation projects.
