Mr.
Frank spent the earliest part of his engineering career with Burns
and McDonnell Engineering – designing power plants, Air Base
buildings, and Environmental Systems. He later designed the
mechanical engineering work on schools, churches, office buildings
and so forth, for Hollis & Miller Architects and Engineers.
From
1962 to the present –Mr. Frank has been Principal of Lloyd H. Frank
and Associates, Engineering Design. Projects included office
buildings, factories, schools, and high-rise apartments. Mr.
Frank has been in charge of site inspections and the standard
Construction Administration disciplines required for all of his
projects.
His
experience will contribute to the management team for:

Electrical Service and Design
2.
Mechanical Services, Forced Air, Boilers, radiation heating, chill
water cooling, cooling towers etc.
3.
Plumbing devices, utility services, gas, water
and sanitary sewer.
Storm Water management including detention/retention
