The JET Companies are professional, licensed
national NCARB architectural firm with more than thirty-eight years of
experience in general practice through James E. Taylor Design Group,
P.C. and over thirty years of experience in construction management through JET &
Associates, L.C. As a small firm, we offer personalized service and
assign principals to each project, providing the client with a single
contact source throughout the entire project.
Project coordination, review, scheduling, specifications and
construction observations are performed by principals. The project
design reflects cost control studies by in-house construction managers.
All project scheduling is computer-aided and updated weekly with client
and contractor input. All meetings and project changes are
recorded by
written documentation. |

with Disability Act compliance Requirements into account when designing
facilities. The firm recently formed a consortium of ADA specialists,
including human resource professionals, attorneys and Architects. James
E. Taylor Design Group, P.C. works with this group to assure that all
aspects of a project will meet requirements for handicapped
accessibility. In addition, Mr. Taylor's past service as chairman of the
Board of Zoning Adjustment and Planning Commission would facilitate compliance with appropriate
