Mr. Green is experienced contractor and construction contract
administrator currently providing project management services in
commercial and retail development. He is experienced with city and
county zoning and platting requirements, site planning, construction
document negotiation, specification drafting, contracting, contract
administration, field management, field coordination and related
activities. He is also experienced in project financing through various
sources of public and private funding.
Previously, he had built a career as an experienced corporate and
private practice attorney skilled in litigation, contract negotiations,
commercial litigation in construction, contracts, real estate,
financing, bankruptcy, railroad mergers and acquisitions, municipal and
arbitration law and administration, worker's compensation, FERC and
state regulatory process, human resources, benefit and EEO litigation,
railroad mergers and transportation, municipal indemnity, product
liability, personal injury and property damage. He has strong
communication skills, both written and verbal.
For the past several years he has worked for JET & Associates as our
contract and construction management representative.
Current projects: Villaggio at Leawood, West, a 40 acre commercial and
retail development. Responsibility includes oversight of all
contractors on site. Coordination of all construction related
activities between city, county, owners, contractors and others.
Responsible for solicitation of bid proposals, reviewing bids and
preparing contract documents for construction of sanitary sewer, storm
sewer, underground storm water detention, site grading, drives and
streets underground utilities (electrical, gas, water,
telecommunications), paving, sidewalks, curb, gutter, irrigation,
landscaping and site features required by municipal authorities. He
also, provided consulting services relating to the public financing
aspects of this project: special benefit districts, city funding, and
condemnation.
Other trades practiced: Custom drywall; framing, roofing, plumbing,
electrical, sheet rocking, painting and finishing, mold remediation and
insured damage repair. |
